Speed Scallop105 viewsA classic lake-style hot rod stripe really works on the side of the Monster cowl. (Carbon fiber is difficult to photograph in daylight without major reflections.)

Cowl Striping88 viewsThis is the finishing touch on my Monster tail conversion. These stripes were laid by BJ Brock of Chillicothe, IL. (http://home.mchsi.com/~abbbjb/index.html). He's only been striping for a couple years, but you'd never know. He's a good guy; even though he's a hot rod traditionalist, he didn't balk for a second at striping a modern Japanese bike. We had a good talk about Old Skool philosophy while he was working, too. Stripes on carbon fiber just look killer, if you ask me.

Just out of the garage77 viewsHad this darling about 3 years now.
When bought it was 400cc.
Now it\'s 650cc and has a front fork, wheel and brakes from a CBR 400RR.
Just got it out with a new paint job, service and modified Renthal FatBar Steering Rod.
More modifications and pictures to come...
(Can anyone direct me to an engine parts shop (preferably on-line)????
(Looking for wyseco pistons etc etc. Wanna take it up to 850 cc, change carbs, cams etc)
Any info welcome
